You’re invited to “Runway Rhythms” our upcoming public programme for a magical evening
Where circular-fashion, music and performance meet. Designer, dancer and sound artist Jazmon Voss will give a fashion performance, followed by musical acts and a live DJ.
Jazmon’s performance titled, “Ancestral Echoes”, will transport you into a realm where heritage and modernity intersect. Drawing inspiration from Jazmon’s Afro-Native American roots, the performance will platform three looks crafted from a blend of vintage, scrap, and recycled materials. These gender fluid looks blend fantasy, movement, and emotion, adding depth to the storytelling of the collection. Stick around and grab a drink to enjoy further live musical performances and a DJ.
Throughout his career, Jazmon’s fascination with costume design and the transformative power of fashion continued to grow. Now, as a self-taught fashion artist, he draws from his Afro-Native American heritage to create collections that blend fantasy, movement, and emotion. Guided by the principles of circular design, Jazmon repurposes vintage, scrap, and recycled materials, infusing new life into both his creations and the ancestral stories they represent. With a focus on innovation and intuition, Jazmon explores new techniques and creative ways of construction, continually pushing the boundaries of his craft. During this evening, we present a sneak peek of his upcoming collection that promises to be a celebration of heritage and modernity, inviting viewers to experience the magic of “Ancestral Echoes” through a captivating fashion performance that transcends time and space.
