These conversations often involve confronting biases, acknowledging privilege, and discussing sensitive issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

LAUDACE’s Courageous Conversations Series aims to inspire and empower attendees to take action towards creating a more equitable and inclusive workplace culture. Through this event series proposal, we want to offer a brave and inclusive space to discuss and explore topics related to DEI in society at large, through an intersectional lens.

Her subject-matter expertise spans across various domains, including Neurodiversity, Anti-Racism, Gender Equity, and Intersectionality. With her rich background, she spearheads driving change and advocates for greater equity, inclusion, psychological safety, well-being, and a sense of belonging for women and all individuals in the workforce.
