The diversity of dairy, with Angus D Birditt

Deep dive into the diversity of dairy, looking at how cattle breeds, seasons, fat content and more impact the flavour and usage!

Before we even get into all the milk alternatives on the market, milk in its traditional form is already full of variety.

Photographer, Friend of Fortnum’s and author of both A Portrait of British Cheese and Our Isles Angus D Birditt returns to the Food & Drink Studio to deep dive into the diversity of dairy, looking at how cattle breeds, seasons, fat content, pasteurisation and more play an important part in flavour and usage.

Expect lots of tasters!
