Inspired by International Women’s Day 2024, join us for a special event celebrating diversity and inclusion. We’re hosting an exciting Cultural Exchange Workshop and can’t wait to have your input and participation!
This year, our themes are #BeDifferent. #WeCelebrateYou and #InspireInclusion. Our goal is to explore the significance of diversity and empower women to embrace their unique backgrounds while advocating for inclusion in all aspects of life.
Dive into DEI: Led by experienced professionals, this session will delve into the essence of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and its practical implications for personal and professional growth.
Personal Diversity Stories: Mentors and mentees will share their experiences, highlighting both the challenges and advantages of their diverse backgrounds.
Cultural Traditions: Participants will have the opportunity to present a tradition from their culture, offering wisdom and promoting cross-cultural understanding.
Interactive Q&A: The workshop will conclude with a Q&A session, allowing for further exploration of key topics and fostering a sense of community among participants.
The International Women in Business Düsseldorf e.V. (iwibdus) is a registered Womens’ Group that supports internationally-minded women with the aim of empowering and developing them in such a way that they are better able to achieve their goals and make the most of their talents.
