Anthropologie Maker’s Market with NEST

Join us in Anthropologie for a Maker’s Market, as part of the brand’s partnership with global charity, NEST, in celebration of IWD!

Join Anthropologie and their ongoing partner NEST at Anthropologie King’s Road for a Makers Market. NEST works to advance gender equity by celebrating women’s work, more specifically craft, as a fundamental source of income for women globally. They also support maker entrepreneurs by providing resources and market access to help them thrive.

The Makers Market will consist of two NEST brands, BEEN London and Megan Collins Jewellery. Each brand will be selling its incredible crafts over the weekend. This is not one to miss!

About the brands…

BEEN London

Named ‘one of the most innovative fashion brands in the world’ by British Vogue, BEEN London is an award-winning brand making handcrafted accessories from recycled materials since 2018. Founded by a previous BBC journalist, Genia Mineeva, BEEN London prioritises social impact and sustainability. The team combines innovation, craft skills and heritage to create thoughtful, functional and durable products. Every piece is handcrafted (in some of the last remaining leather workshops in the UK) and, on average, has a carbon footprint 10 times smaller than a high street equivalent. BEEN London is on a mission to change the perception of discarded materials.

Megan Collins Jewellery

Megan Collins Jewellery is centred on the beauty of simplicity. The eponymous brand’s founder draws inspiration from the clean lines and timeless elegance of Scandinavian minimalism. Having grown up surrounded by nature, Megan developed a deep appreciation for life’s smaller, quieter moments. This is reflected in her jewellery. Crafted to complement individuality and to remind the wearer that the little things in life are often the most meaningful, Megan’s designs truly encapsulate elegance – and the joy of appreciating life’s small treasures.

All proceeds from this weekend will be going towards Megan Collins and BEEN London.
