Join local expert perfume maker, Marla Bosworth, in the Upper West Side of Manhattan for a relaxing Perfume Making Workshop where you will customize your own perfume in this fun and engaging class that you will love! This perfume experience offers a unique and interactive experience where you will learn about the art of creating and blending scents.
Guests will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of natural fragrances to create their own unique customized scent blend. We will provide guidance on how to balance different scents to create a well-rounded and harmonious fragrance that captures each individual’s personality and style.
Your instructor for this class is a perfumer and aromatherapist with 26 years experience. She has a deep passion for natural fragrances. Her expertise and knowledge in the field of perfumery make her the perfect guide for this hands-on perfume class.
During the workshop, students will have the opportunity to select their own combination fragrance notes and blends to create a unique and personalized perfume. They will learn about the different scent families, the art of fragrance composition, and how to balance and layer different aromas to create a harmonious and long-lasting scent.
With the guidance of your professional perfumer, students will experiment with various ingredients, notes, and accords to find a fragrance that truly reflects their personality and preferences. They will be able to customize the intensity, complexity, and overall character of their perfume, making it a one-of-a-kind creation that they can proudly wear and enjoy.
At the end of the workshop, each attendee will take home their own 30ml (1 oz.) bespoke perfume, packaged in a beautiful bottle and safely packaged for its trip home in tissue paper and a shopping bag. Guests will gain a new understanding of the art of perfumery, as well as a unique and signature scent that is truly their own.
