Kitty Coles has been a food and prop stylist, recipe developer and ghost writer for many years.

Her career has taken her behind the scenes of some of the country’s best cookbooks and allowed her to work with famous industry names including Anna Jones, Pasta Grannies, Ixta Belfrage, Thomasina Miers, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Thomas Straker and many more. She has written over 1,000 recipes for publications and books, yet many will have never heard of her before.

She joins us for a fascinating evening of food and conversation, delving into the lesser-known aspects of recipe development, from food styling secrets to the reality of hiding in the shadows.
