This equine coaching session will be facilitated by Larissa Spinrad, a coach who specializes in business topics and personal development.

Each of us in our performance oriented society is influenced by at least one of the five so-called “inner drivers”. Given as well-intentioned advice by our parents in childhood, they influence how we live and work and also have an impact on our use of time and our self-management. They especially appear in distress and seem to be helpful. In reality, they create a lot of additional pressure and thus increase the level of distress which makes us feel insecure and influence the way we make decisions.
This workshop is about becoming aware of these drivers and transforming them into allowances so that they support rather than burden you – personally and professionally!
This is where the horses come in as coaches – these highly sensitive animals bring to the surface the way we often act unconsciously.
I would like to work with you on individual and group exercises in which body language and clarity play a central role. So that you lower your stress level and gain clarity and energy!

Larissa Spinrad is a certified business and equine assisted coach. With a unique backround she addresses people who are looking for inner clarity and their own style (of leadership) to communicate this authentically and clearly to the outside world. Whether navigating career transitions or leadership challenges she empowers clients to unlock their full potential and achieve tangible results.
Since she was 10 years old, Larissa has never let go of horses. She has always been fascinated by the sensitivity of animals and the possibility of non-verbal dialogue and connection. She would like to share the positive effects of contact with animals in her coaching sessions and workshops to foster self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and authentic leadership. Through experiential learning alongside these highly sensitive creatures, clients uncover hidden barriers, tap into inner strengths, and cultivate resilience for lasting personal growth.
