PARK WORKOUT with lululemon Hartenstraat x F45 Training Amsterdam

Join lululemon Hartenstraat and F45 Training Amsterdam for a PARK WORKOUT at Vondelpark

You’re invited to join us at Vondelpark for our PARK WORKOUT in with lululemon Hartenstraat x F45 Training Amsterdam. This PARK WORKOUT will be hosted by our store Train Ambassador, Faddy.

F45, which stands for “Functional 45,” is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program that combines strength, cardio, and functional movements to deliver a full-body workout in just 45 minutes.

In a park setting, the natural surroundings enhance the experience, providing an open and invigorating space to move. You will engage in a series of stations that incorporate a variety of exercises such as sprints, bodyweight movements, plyometrics, and resistance band work. Each station challenges different muscle groups, ensuring a balanced and comprehensive workout.

The F45 format emphasizes teamwork and community, encouraging you to support and motivate each other throughout the session.

The workout is designed to cater to all fitness levels, with modifications available for beginners and progressions for those seeking an extra challenge. The combination of fast-paced intervals and functional exercises not only boosts cardiovascular fitness but also improves strength, agility, and endurance. By the end of the session, you’ll feel accomplished, energized, and ready to take on the day.
