Learn insider formulator tips to make your own customized facial skincare in this new, hands-on workshop with Marla Bosworth. Students will explore a wide range of natural ingredients to incorporate into their own signature products for personal use, or to sell.
In this easy-to-follow class, Marla will teach students how to tailor skincare products to your concerns using simple clean, vegan ingredients. Students will receive a detailed class handout with easy-to-follow formulas, instructions, and a list of Marla’s favorite suppliers.
Students will learn to formulate for different skin types by incorporating carrier oils, herbs, emulsifiers, thickeners, natural preservatives, vitamins and other clean beauty ingredients. This class is perfect for newbies, indie beauty entrepreneurs, aromatherapists, herbalists, spa owners, estheticians, massage therapists and anyone wanting to make facial skincare products. No prior experience required. Students will receive a valuable handout with formulas, supplier list, theory and more.

Marla creates high experiential workshops – a holistic perspective of learning by transforming new information. If you’ve ever attended any of her classes you know the energy she creates is positive, supportive, educational and fun. Marla is the CEO of Back Porch Soap Company. She has been making plant-based beauty products and soap for 25 years.
