Start with a talk and Q&A with nutritional therapist and author Eve Kalinik giving you the science and knowledge around better understanding your gut health, with some game changing and simple tips on how you can help to support your gut health so you can bring into your day to day life. You will then enjoy a 90 minute Pilates-based class with Master Trainer Catherine Riding, packed full of movements tailored to promote optimal gut function. You’ll also explore deep, restorative stretches that target the abdomen and hips—key areas linked to digestion, as well as a simple yet effective abdominal massage routine. Leave feeling revitalised, centred, and empowered with tools to maintain gut health and overall well-being. Whether you’re looking to improve digestion, reduce stress, or simply feel your best, this class offers a holistic, mindful approach to a healthier you.
