Sohn Supradya Aursudkij is the founder of JIN JIN – the U.K.’s first enzymatic concentrate, made from 35 fermented fruits, vegetables, mushrooms and cultures. Made using traditional methods from East Asia, it has a fruity, sour, subtly tart and earthy flavour profile and is said to enhance our wellbeing by aiding digestion, and supporting good gut health.
Under JIN JIN, Sohn has hosted several food events and supperclubs in Bangkok and London. She joins us in the Food & Drink Studio for an evening focused on The Flavours of Fermentation.
