The festive period can be very meat heavy with pigs in blankets, sausage rolls, turkey, and stuffing, so for our next ‘Mastering the Fortnum’s Classics’ masterclass, we’ll be turning our attention to fish and learning, step-by-step, how to make Salmon En Croute and Mackerel Tacos – two Fortnum & Mason staples.
Whilst you could opt for buying the salmon pre-made on our Lower Ground Floor or booking a table in our 45 Jermyn St. restaurant for the mackerel, our chefs are here to show you how you can make your own from scratch – just in time for winter hosting and delighting your guests. After the hard work of making both dishes is done, your endeavours will be repaid with a delicious sit-down lunch.
Ticket includes:
- a welcome drink,
- a hands-on cooking lesson with our chef learning how to make both salmon en croute (which you will take home) and mackerel tacos (which you will eat fresh),
- a lunch prepared by our chefs of salmon-en-croute and sides
