As we sink further into Autumn, we begin to prioritise the slowing down this season inspires and are invited to cultivate rituals for wellbeing that balance and harmonise the body and mind. Interweaving Ayurvedic practices such as self massage and gentle movement with grounding Yogic practices of pranayama, meditation and mudra, we will seek steadiness and support for the airy – Vata energy of October.
