Got the urge to start making some summer plans? Come and join us on 10 June, as we head outdoors for a day of walking, fresh air and fun at the Epping Forest Trek. Bring a friend or meet our community of women and enjoy a scenic 22km charity hike.
We’ll be walking around lakes, hiking through woodland and meandering down river paths, while raising money for a great charity. All Treks end with a brilliant goody bag and a chance to relax at the event village with refreshments, including a bottle of the new Yakult Plus!
Yakult is our official gut partner for 2023, the experts in gut health with over 75 years research investigating gut bacteria. As gut health is key to overall wellbeing, it’s a topic we’re passionate about at Strong Women.
