We’re once again taking over the track at Battersea Park Millennium Arena, on Saturday 23rd September at 10:30am, for a special speed-focused Running Lab.
Open to all levels and abilities, during this exclusive session led by Emma Kirk-Odunubi, you will focus on drill development and get personal feedback on your running performance.
Emma Kirk-Odunubi is a sport scientist, gait analyst and running coach. Working with up and coming athlete talent to make them as fast as they can for their sport. Emma has been with Third Space for 4 years and you’ll find her a firm fixture on the treadmill schedules across our clubs helping members fall in love with running.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- One of the most effective ways to run to increase performance, interval running can be tailored to any individual.
- Our coaches will explain the benefits and guide you through full preparation before performing the intervals and recoveries.
- Prizes awarded on the day.
- We will be providing refreshments on the day, so please bring along your running gear, a small towel and a bottle of water.
You’ll also enjoy complimentary refreshments from our partners, Natural Fitness Food, Barebell, Vitamin Well and Nocco. As well as recovery support from Hyperice and on-hand support from Third Space Medical.
Please ensure you arrive at the event between 10:00am and 10:20am to complete registration. We will start promptly at 10:30 with the session scheduled to finish at 12:30pm.
