What is pilates?
Pilates is a full body engaging movement practice that improves deep muscle strength, joint mobility and stability. Pilates is known for being a mind and body exercise. The goal is to focus your mind on movement, that’s why we don’t do many reps but continuously evolve from one exercise to another.
What you need:
– Comfortable clothes and perhaps a towel
– Your yoga mat. We have 10 mats available for Equals members.
