Their simple method of encouraging children to talk and write about what they see, smell, touch, hear and taste, has produced impressive results to help children become more confident, adventurous and healthy eaters.
Meanwhile, Chantelle Nicholson’s Mayfair restaurant, Apricity, takes an innovative approach to expanding children’s culinary horizons by offering a children’s tasting menu which includes Jerusalem artichoke crisps and ox tongue.
