In 2009, Becky Excell got diagnosed with IBS, which meant waving goodbye to gluten and thinking she’d never taste delicious meals again! But instead of wallowing, she threw on her apron and started creating all her favourite recipes she’d been missing and sharing them on her blog, which quickly became a hub for those facing similar challenges, leading her to recognize the widespread prevalence of IBS and coeliac issues. Becky became a source of support, writing five cookbooks, winning several awards alongside TV appearances, and amassing over a million social media followers.
With Christmas just around the corner, coeliacs might find the festive menu a little challenging. But fear not! Becky is here to make sure nobody misses out on a delicious Christmas feast. So, join us for this special evening starting with a welcome drink, followed by a line-up of scrumptious gluten-free recipes, and an opportunity to learn and chat to Becky.
