For the Love of Lemons with Letitia Clark

As part of a new events series ‘Kitchen Stories at Fortnum’s’, we welcome celebrated authors to discuss their literary endeavours

For this instalment of our Kitchen Stories series, we’ll be joined by Letitia Clark in our Food & Drink Studio here at our home at Piccadilly. Originally from Devon, Letitia is a food writer (Guild of Food Writers 2021), illustrator and chef, and she has worked in some of London’s top restaurants such as Spring, Morito and The Dock Kitchen.

Now, she has written a new book. For the Love of Lemons celebrates the versatility of this much-loved citrus fruit, seamlessly weaving history, anecdote, and stories together, as well as ways to use lemons outside the kitchen with enchanting Italian-inspired recipes that include Lemony Burrata with Spring Vegetables and Pistachio Pesto, Creamy Lemon and Mascarpone Carbonara, Chicken with Lemon, Saffron and Artichokes and Lemon Tiramisu. Not to mention, it’s brought to life with vibrant photography of beautiful locations throughout.

So be sure to book your ticket today, meet Letitia and delve deeper into the illuminating world of lemons!
