Am I allowed to walk in without booking a slot? If the space is not at full capacity, we will try our best to put you on the waiting list.
How long is the experience? Time slots are 30minutes each so please arrive promptly to ensure you’re getting the most from your experience and not rushing through.
What is the refund policy? Please note that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Do I need to bring my ticket to the event? You will need to bring your ticket to the event but this can be on your phone or printed. You will receive an email from Eventbrite which will incldued a PDF of your ticket. Please ensure you have this attachment to gain entry to the venue.
