Nik Sharma is the creative force behind the critically-acclaimed food blog “A Brown Table”. A molecular biologist turned writer, photographer, and recipe developer, Nik now dedicates his time to sharing his passion for food with others. Following his award-winning cookbooks Season and The Flavor Equation, he is this year set to unveil “Veg-Table,” a book featuring over 50 plant-based recipes.
Over from America, Nik will be joining us in the Food & Drink Studio for one night only. Helping to steer the conversation is friend and fellow chef Itamar Srulovich of the acclaimed Honey & Co restaurant group. Expect lots of delicious dishes representing different moments in Nik’s food career and some fascinating insight into Nik’s career.
